Entry dia of the bar is 23mm and total length is 200mm.

Boring bar is fully hard/ground /tempered . We only temper in a special oil quenching furnace which made in Spain by Wesman.

Tapping done on cnc and is inspected with thread gauges, center height well maintained in .01mm (10 microns) for maximum tool life of the carbide insert.

Manufactured in a world class manufacturing setup on 4 axis cnc, we use only high carbon alloy steel as a result you get chatter free performance up to 5 times the diameter which means this boring bar will give chatter free finish up to 100mm bore length.

A must have boring bar for your lathe for doing finishing and roughing with a big depth of cut.

Spare inserts are also available for different raw materials.

We only provide Tungaloy made in Japan inserts with this boring bar which is best suitable for 4140/1045 grade of steel.
