Once the doorbell is clipped on it is hard to get back off of themounting plate. So please mount the plate to the wall before you clip yourWired Google Nest Hello to the mounting plate.

Wires need to be dressed properly behind the mounting plate! Themounting plate is not designed to hold wires. IF THEY ARE NOT DRESSED PROPERLYTHE MOUNTING PLATE WILL POP OFF.
