Yep - it's STIMPY!  An amazing production cel drawing used to make the cartoon!  From the third season.  NOTE: the lower half of Stimpy is a photocopy.  Often, during production, when a character needs to be moved in-frame on a scene they save money by not re-drawing the entire sequence.  So the bottom half of Stimpy is a photocopy that has been cut out and taped in to the animation paper which has the hand-drawing of Stimpy's top half. Measures approx. 10.5" x 12.5".
