The 2007 spring specials catalog is a nice book, but does have some horizontal creases and some small tears along the lower edge.(priced accordingly)

These are mail order catalogs. While they are all still in collectible condition, they are not all GEM MINT perfect.  They may have minor bindery tears or slight wear in other areas that is common with this type of media.  Any major flaws I try to call out on a case by case issue.
