Boat part number 1050438 is a new old stock, flush mount hatch latch from Sarasota Marine Products, part number LR805 .

This locking hatch latch is constructed out of black marine plastic. Measures approximately 3 1/2" H x 2 3/8" Dia. x 2 1/2" L overall. Requires an approximate 2" Dia. cutout and will host an approximate 1/8" thick panel. See photos for detailed measurements.
