Boat part number 1023023 is a new 3-way Y valve from Jabsco, part number 45490-1001 .

This Y valve features a handle to divert fluid into desired direction. It measures approximately 7 1/8" L x 6 1/2" W x 5 1/2" H overall and has (3) 1" Dia. hose connections.
