Designer David Meister Silk Blend Halter Dress Green with Colorful Tropical Dance Motif, Size 8

I picked up this gorgeous dress at an estate sale because it stood out with it's uniqueness, notoriety and excellent, like new condition.

The dress is a soft and luxurious blend of 70% silk and 30% cotton and the lining is acetate.
The rich turquoise color is embellished with a colorful and classic tropical dance motif and has a super shaping fit with a back zipper.
There are measurements in the photos. 
I don't know what year it was made or which collection it was originally from, but it is a unique classic that is in excellent, like new condition, recently dry cleaned and ready to wear.
