Boat part number 1073953 is a new locking flush mount hatch pull latch from Southco, part number M1-43-7 .

This flush mount pull latch is constructed out of beige colored plastic per manufacturer; we see this latch as off-white in color. This latch measures approximately 2 3/8" Dia. across the flange x 2 1/2" D overall. Includes (2) keys and keeper.
