This top has criss cross back straps and is light weight and blousey. I also have this listed in sizes 1XL & 2XL and in Black.

It is a size 3XL. It measures 25" from one underarm seam to the other, the bottom measures 27" across, and the length measures 27" in the front and 28" in the back".

For a great fit I recommend comparing my measurements to something similar that you have that fits you comfortably.
