A tape is sent to a video production company. Kudo, the producer, plays the tape with his assistant Ichikawa. On it, there was a woman with long hair wearing a trench coat. She was wearing a mask over her mouth and mumbling something. The woman suddenly started running at a very fast pace, and the tape was cut just as the contributor ran away. The mask, the coat, the height, the speed... if you put all the key words together, you get the very look of Japan's most famous urban legend, the Slit-Mouthed Woman. Kudo and Ichikawa head for the contributor's home to find out who this woman really is. ......
