These are surplus units. We cannot verify if they are new so they are being sold as used. We have several units available. Some may have slight cosmetic blemishes from being handled/stored. They may or may not include the fuse holder at the top of the unit. Some of the metal mounting base plates have had the mounting holes drilled out to a  larger diameter (see photos). These are guaranteed to be in working condition.
