Boat part number 1046817 is a new pair of boat brand decals from Lowe Boats, part number 1846928 .  Commonly used on the 190 SD Models. 

These gold and white decals are constructed out of a marine grade vinyl with a self adhesive backing.  Measures approximately 8” W x 4 3/8” H overall.
