QUESTIONS&CONCERNS: We attempt to answer all questions as soon as possible, usually within one business day. Questions during evenings or weekends may have a slight delay in response as we are a retail business. Please read over the item’s description in its entirety, as many questions can be answered my reading the item’s description.
SHIPPING POLICIES: Most fixed shipping and free shipping rates on eBay ads only apply to the lower 48 states. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APOs, Puerto Rico, Guam and international locations *may have* additional shipping costs applied. Please contact us for more information. Many of our products are shipped via USPS. Please be aware that USPS does not always scan their packages so the tracking number may not have any information until it is delivered. Our items are picked up by USPS the same date or the next postal service day that the tracking number shows being generated.
NOTE: If shipping to a PO box, please provide both the PO BOX and physical mailing ddress.
COMBINED SHIPPING DISCOUNTS: For multiple quantities of the same item, you can just change the quantity in the box next to "Buy It Now" and eBay will automatically calculate the discount. For combined orders with different items, use "Buy it Now" on each item and then prior to completing the payment, use the "request a total from seller" link in checkout and we will adjust the shipping total and send you a new invoice.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Customs fees, brokerage fees, taxes, or duties are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the cost of shipping listed on the eBay ad. Item values will be stated as the amount paid for that item (excluding shipping). We cannot mark items as "gifts.”
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING&TRACKING: We ship USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class International and Priority Mail International. Please be aware First Class International shipping does not have a tracking number, only a customs declaration number. We can also ship via Express International. We can not guarantee shipping times due to customs but most items arrive in 7-30 days. Please allow up to 45 days for delivery.
WARRANTIES: If any products are found defective, we will assist in resolving the issue. The product will need to be returned to us or the manufacturer to determine if a replacement item will be issued. However, it is at the discretion of the manufacturer to determine if the item is defective.
LISTINGS: We strive to make our eBay ads complete and accurate. Some pictures we use are provided by the manufacturer and maybe generic to cover many different models
