2018 Peanuts Snoopy and Woodstock Beagle Scout #2 McDonald's Happy Meal Toy.  Peanuts, Made for McDonald's 2018, Made in Vietnam TCW K9U.  It measures 4 1/4 in tall x 2 1/4 in wide x 3 in deep.  The knob on the back of his head doesn't do anything.  His hat will turn around and his ears move.  The light does not work.  There is green paint on his right hand.  There are black dots on his backpack.  There are a few minor scratches.
