PCFX limited has been trading for over a decade, we are specialist wholesale and retail suppliers of a massive range of products, our aim is to provide customerss with the same quality as the big brand names but at a fraction of the price.

Since our establishment we have seen rapid growth in demand, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality products backed by excellent customers service.

Our prices are the most competitive in the market place in line with our aim to be an affordable supplier and a supplier of choice whether it be for security related products or packaging, home or gardening or any other of our range.

All our Stock is UK based, we do not rely on third parties to furnish our customerss therefore providing us with complete control over the procurement process.

SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all orders placed (Monday to Friday before 2pm) on the same working day. All orders received after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

RETURNS

If your goods are no longer wanted, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please ensure the goods are unopened are returned in their original packaging. The cost you will incur is the postage cost for the return of the item and the original postage cost for sending the item out. Please contact us for return instructions.

Wrong / Faulty / Damaged Goods

We aim to maintain high quality products, however if you do receive a product that is wrong, faulty or damaged please contact us for return instructions. Products will be replaced or refunded once received. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging. Items ordered in error

If an order is placed in error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will happily exchange the product for the correct product and refund the difference where applicable. Please note you may incur additional shipping costs in some circumstances.

Order Cancellation

If you have placed an order by mistake or wish to cancel the order, we require you to contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been prepared for shipment. You may incur a postage cost for the return of the item and the original postage cost for sending the item out.

Incorrect Address

When you place an order, it is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is correct. We only ship to the registered address on your PayPal account, please make sure the address is correct prior to ordering. If the shipping address provided is missing key details such as the house number or street name, we are unable to process a refund or replace your order. Please ensure you check your address carefully before confirming your order.
