Description
Suitable for applying to a large area as it has enough time to harden. Standard type with high viscosity and can be used on uneven and vertical surfaces.
・Adhesive layer absorbs shock. Elastic adhesive that does not peel easily.
・Resistant to heat and water. Can be used outdoors and can be used in temperatures from -40°C to 120°C. *Not for submersion in water. Not for submersion in water.
・No solvent is used, so the surface will not shrink.
・No need for temporary fixing if the surface is light. Temporary fixing is required for nameplates.
・Solvent-free type with less unpleasant odor.
Uses:
・Adhesion of nameplates and plates, adhesion of Styrofoam and soft PVC sheets, adhesion of stainless steel to concrete surfaces
・Adhesion of small plastic items to vinyl chloride leather, accessory production, repair of bags and shoes
・UT110 is more suitable for all types of rubber (except natural rubber).
1. Clean the surface to be bonded of dust, rust, oil, and other contaminants with sandpaper or alcohol, and dry well. Rubber and leather should be sanded well.
2. Using the thin side of the attached spatula, apply a thin, even coat to both surfaces to be adhered.
3.Allow to stand for approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
4. As soon as the adhesive becomes sticky like adhesive tape, apply the adhesive and press down hard. If necessary, secure with adhesive tape or string
