Heavy Duty Cylinder Head Stud Kit for the Suzuki LTR450 Engines. Recommended for all performance engine builds, a must for any high compression or large displacement (490+ cc), or boosted engines. These replace the OEM Suzuki Cylinder Head Bolts. These Head Studs are designed to have an increased torque of 40 ft/lbs of torque. At 40 ft/lbs of torque, these achieve a 4800 lb clamp load increase vs OEM Bolts / Torque. This increase in clamp load helps maintain head gasket seal and help prevents head lift under high load conditions. NO Machine Work or Other Modifications are required to install or use these cylinder studs.
