1960's Walt Disney Pluto Push Toy by Cragstan.  Made in Hong Kong.  I have had this toy for a very long time.  It was mine and you can tell I played with it.  I'm now 53.  Back in it's day, you held it against the floor and rolled it several times one way then let it go.  It would roll across the floor.  Now the only way I can get it to roll is push down on it on the floor.  It will roll forward but won't keep going like it use to.  Now it would mainly just be a collectable.  There are several marks on him.  He has faded.  The paint is coming off on his nose, ears, tail and blue collar.  The has several scratches from hitting the wall when rolled.  There is some spots on his arm and his back where something has melted against him.  He measures 4 5/16 in tall x 4 9/16 in wide x 13/16 in deep.
