Tank top. V-Neck. Long, tunic style (falls at the mid thigh level). 10.5" side slits. Fits like an A-line dress (pulled in at the waist and flared at the hips). Beautiful, pale pink color. Fully lined in cotton. The outer material is a smooth, silk blend. Silver thread embroidery with sequins. 

There is no size tag, but it appears to be a women's SMALL judging from the measurements.
