Ladies running/gym shorts by Reebok in size XL for UK size 20-22. 

They are elasticated at the waist and have an inner drawstring and do have built in pants. They are a grey polyester playdry material that wick away sweat and allow movement as they are really soft. 

They are brand new with tags and unworn.
