 NOTE: The photocell is a sensitive device, if there are things nearby the light that can reflected the light(Mirror, Glass, Wall), these will be affected by external reflected and cause the light flicker.

Please try to test . turn on the light in the bright room then cover the sensor if the light still flash that the sensor have problem if the light does not flash that no problem with the sensor.If the installation height is too low, the reflection on the ground or other objects around it also will cause flicker.
