Item(s) will be shipped out within 1-2 working days from the date payment received. Funds received on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. We've tried our best to make sure that photos are as accurate as possible but sometimes colours shown on photos are slightly different from bags due to the light and different settings of individul monitor. Please contact us before purchasing if in doubt.

2. The final price you paid will be the total of product price + p&p. Please DO NOT purchase if you DO NOT agree with any of the charges/conditions. Oversea buyers please contact us for the charges of p&p before purchasing if in doubt.

3. Most items once posted arrive within 2 days in the UK and 5-10 days rest of the world. However delay happens from time to time and delivery is something out of our control once it's posted.

4. Replacement/refund will be issued if goods still not arrive after 15 working days in the UK and 25 working days for the rest of the world, which is required by Royal Mail to make sure a parcel does get lost. 

5. We accept any return item, for any reason, within FOURTEEN days from the date on which the buyer received the item. Any return later than 14 days will not be entertained no matter what excuse is or whether this has been informed or not. Provided: (a) buyer contacts us by email within 3 days of receiving the item if it is faulty; (b) buyer sends the item back via a postal service that is recorded (i.e. the post is signed for) or trackable online with paypal receipt/proof of purchase; and (c) the item is undamaged, unused, and in a fully resalable condition. We will refund to the buyer the product price only (i.e. less p&p) and the buyers are required to return the items at their own expense. We reserve right to make the final decision.
