This is a Nambu Tekki (Nambu Cast Iron) tamagoyaki pan. It is compatible with various heat sources, including gas and IH (100V/200V). The thick Nambu cast iron has excellent heat retention, efficiently transferring stored heat to the ingredients to enhance their natural flavors.
The cooking surface has fine unevenness, allowing oil to spread evenly and preventing sticking. Additionally, food cooked in this iron pan contains iron ions (ferrous iron) that are easily absorbed by the body.
