Card condition is like new, taken from the pack and put into the penny sleeve. Each card comes with a penny sleeve, a top loader, sandwiched between cardboard squares to avoid bending, and is shipped in a bubble mailer. I pack my cards very carefully to avoid damage so they get to you in the condition that they leave. No PWEs. Ships to US only.
