M - Mint - Pack Fresh

NM - Near Mint - Minimal to no wear, nearly unmarked surface, few minimal flaws, may have a tiny edge nick or a tiny scratch or two.

LP - Lightly Played - Minor border and/or corner wear or slight scuffs or scratches.  Noticeable imperfections are okay as long as not too severe or too high of volume.

MP - Moderately Played - Can have border wear, corner wear, scratching or scuffing, creases or whitening or any combination of mild examples of these marks.

HP - Heavily Played - Shows severe amount of wear.  Major creasing, whitening and/or border wear are all signs of a HP card.
