Publisher: Eneas MacKay, Stirling, 1930, third edition, first printing of this edition deluxe with illustrations by D.Y. Cameron, which include an original lithograph as frontispiece, of which the plate was destroyed after printing the 250 copies for this limited edition. This is number 45 of 250, signed by the author and the artist. Folio sized, 42cm, 16.75 inches, tall, 64 pages, 11 illustrations. Bound in quarter brown leather with bevelled boards covered in gold decorated brown cloth. Top edges gilt, other edges uncut. Very good condition in original dust jacket. The book has a very few light foxing spots, and is otherwise clean and bright and tightly bound. The dust jacket has surface wear, some small chips and short closed tears, and some old repairs. The illustrations are all present and in very good condition.
Also included is a July 1952 edition of 'The Scots Independent' newspaper,  with a critical article about the then Prime Minister, Winston Churchill, on the front cover. This is the 'Special Cunninghame Graham Commemoration Supplement', containing a biography and appreciation of the man. The newspaper is in very good condition, lightly age-toned. 16 pages.
