Common Problems
Failure typically presents as a persistent E03, E04, or E05 fault code that does not clear after reset.
- E03 should only be triggered when the water temperature falls below 4°C (39°F).
- E04 should only occur when the water temperature exceeds 40°C (104°F).
- E05 indicates that the pump’s logic controller is unable to detect the temperature sensor, or that the sensor reading is significantly outside the expected operating range. This can be caused by a faulty sensor or logic controller.
If an E04 error temporarily clears but reappears after a short period of operation, this commonly indicates restricted water flow causing localised overheating within the heater assembly. The most frequent causes are a blocked filter cartridge, or limescale accumulation within the heater matrix reducing flow efficiency and increasing heat transfer. Compatibility
This part is compatible with all ‘Green Ticked’ Lay-Z-Spa and Bestway SaluSpa pump models shown. Pumps manufactured between 2007 and 2024 and that have a 'Reset' button on the side of the case only require a single sensor. For pumps manufactured from 2025 onwards, that do not have a 'Reset' button, require two.

UK - Orders are despatched, free of charge, via Royal Mail 48. Delivery time is usually between 1 - 3 working days from despatch. If you require a faster service, the option to upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery is available at checkout.
WORLDWIDE - Orders are despatched via Royal Mail International Tracked. The cost of this is based on weight and calculated at checkout. Delivery time varies upon destination and customs clearance, but is usually between 5 - 14 working days from despatch. Please be aware that all applicable import duties, taxes and customs charges remain the responsibility of the buyer.
TRACKING - Tracking information is uploaded to your eBay order once despatched.
