We only sell new, unused and untested beauty products. Typically, the contents within a container do not fill it completely. This unfilled space in a container is intentionally left by the manufacturer to allow for expansion of the contents during temperature fluctuations, and is a government enforced safety regulation to aid in transportation safety.
Transparency and honesty is our primary goal and any flaw noticed will be disclosed. Please understand that you are buying a used item. This item is in used condition. Consistent with normal wear. We inspect all of our clothing to the best of our ability and we would like to be able to say that they are all stain free, however, we cannot promise this so please expect that some articles may have light stains that are hard to see. We will disclose anything we do see in a photograph. Please view photos carefully as they are part of the item description. Gently used means that clothing is like new and/or has been washed a few times.
