Beautiful vintage decorative plate, just lovely soft colors. FLAW: has some old light hairline cracks that have yellowed(see photos). Might have a small scratch or two, or little imperfections common to time(see photos), little wear on gold on edges. Maker's Marks on back(see photo). Did not find any chips. Contact if still questions.
