-POSTAGE-

We will post your order within 48 hours. We only start preparing your order for postage once we have successfully received your payment.


We use a range of professional shipping companies and we will take care when packing your item to reduce the risk of damage in transit.




We promise we'll do everything we can to ensure you receive your order within the time-frame specified. Occasionally events beyond our control may result in your parcel being delayed whilst it is with the courier and we cannot be held responsible for such delays.
If for any reason we expect to dispatch your order later than 48 hrs after receiving your payment, we will inform you about the delay straight away.

-RETURNS-
In case you have any issues with the part you receive - please contact us before leaving any feedback or opening a case and we will do our best to leave you satisfied with our service.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning the item.

If an error has been made on our part - replacement will be sent out immediately as soon as the wrong part is received from the customer. In this case, we will cover the return cost. If we are out of stock for the specific part - you will be issued a full refund. 

If the item is returned because of a customer's mistake (item doesn't fit the specified model, purchase error or colour/item number not matching) 15% return handling charge will apply.

All parts come with a 30-day warranty. We recommend that you send back your return using a tracked shipping service. The item must be returned with full packaging to prevent further damage during the shipping. Please note that if any inquiries are made after this period we won't be able to provide you with a refund/swap. This guarantee covers parts only. It does not cover any labour/garage charges or any fault arising from the fitting of this part.

All our items are security marked. If the returned part won't match the condition, overall look or make of the part that we sent to you - warranty will be voided and NO refunds will be issued. Same goes for any tampered, dismantled and incomplete parts.
