 Offered For Sale is a Woodblock of Oriental Warriors on Horseback by Chinese Artist Yu Yuen Hong - pencil signed in English and Chinese, and noted as an Artist Proof (A/P) - matted, framed and under glass - site size is about 6" x 7", and outside frame measurements are 10 1/2" x 12 1/2"

The works of the etching artist Mr. Yu Yuen Hong are made from hand made grass fibre paper pressed by either metal or wooden plates - The style is primitive, crude but yet artistic - The plan and semi-three-dimensional embossment surface produces a subtle depiction of modern art.

The black matting suggests a strong sense of mystery of Chinese culture. This intensified personal style gets Mr. Yu's works to be selected in the Contemporary Hong Kong Art Biennial Exhibition (1985 and 1987) of the Hong Kong Urban Council. Many of Mr. Yu's works are widely collected by many Hong Kong dignities.

Items to continental US will be send via USPS media mail or Parcel Post unless other arrangements are made.  Handling time is up to 4 business days prior to shipping.
