This is a lovely, finely detailed Higgins & Seiter 8" plate. It was made in England for Higgins & Seiter & Sons New York and is fully marked on the underside.

The plate is in excellent condition with no chips or crazing. There are some light rub marks on the gold rim.

It will make an excellent addition to a collection.
