Vintage Butterick Men's Shirt Jacket & Embroidery Transfer #4742.  Size 36.  Semi-fitted shirt-jacket has pointed collar-on-band, one piece yoke, full-length two piece sleeves eased into buttoned cuffs, patch pockets with buttoned flaps, applied front buttoned band (one side only) and topstitch trim,  Included:  Transfers and instructions for satin stitch embroidery (two different motifs). Never been used.
