Instructions for use
Take 1/2 - 1 tablet daily with a meal of sufficient liquid without chewing. If there is an increased need for magnesium due to heavy physical exertion at work and in conjunction with a diet low in magnesium, take 1 tablet. If there is only an unbalanced diet, take 1/2 tablet.

5. If you send us an e-mail, we will naturally go to the very same sites to do a search using the very same Tracking Number and then respond to your query.
6. It takes more time to read, research and respond to every query 'Where's my order'  or 'I haven't received my order'? than you visiting the relevant website within seconds.
7. Naturally, if your order doesn’t arrive within a resonable expected delivery time (usually 2-3 weeks  after shipmentfrom Germany), than please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to track the package and find a solution.
8. We are not able to provide an exact delivery date for any order, since all orders are shipped via the post. We have no control over how effeciently or quickly the postal services on either end works.
9. Please do not send us e-mails within 24-48 hours of placing order, wondering  why the order  has not been shipped?  We ship ALL orders within 2-3 Business Working Days, not sooner.
10. Queries which do not require urgent response, will not be answered within 24 hours, since it only slows down the entire process of recording orders, preparing shipment and updating the customer with tracking information and our record keeping.
