    BG Nexus Brushed Steel Switches & Sockets Full Range Screwless Flatplate & Nexus Metal Grey Inserts

    The BG Nexus Metal collection is a range of high quality metal accessories in a range of outstanding quality finishes that are designed to complement any interior decor. This premium range is finished with a light lacquer to resist fingerprint smudges and has no visible plastic around the switches.

    This listing covers both brushed steel ranges. FBS part numbers are the Flatplate Screwless range, with a clip-on faceplate and no visible fixing screws. NBS part numbers are the Nexus Metal range, with two visible fixing screws on the faceplate. Both are brushed steel with grey inserts and both fit standard back boxes.

    Which range should I choose?

    Screwless Flatplate (FBS) gives a flush, unbroken faceplate and is usually chosen for kitchens, living rooms and new builds. Nexus Metal (NBS) has visible fixing screws and costs less, and is the usual choice for utility rooms, garages and landlord work. The two look different on the wall, so pick one and stay with it throughout a property.
