This is a VP-10 (P-4 Guinn)  pilot & crew signed cover. This 3 1/2" X 6 1/2"  cover postmarked front and back comes with accompanying 4 3/4" X 6" original insert/letter. This cover was flown on the January 10, 11, 1934 Mass Flight from San Francisco to Hawaii.
