Vintage 1998 Apache 18 Rescue Helicopter Toy with Wired Remote Light and Sounds 15".  Lights and sound tested.  Back propeller will slightly move and the propeller on top will not move at all.  Not sure if the screws to the propeller blades on top may to tight to rotate.  The wheels will not go forward or backward.  Installed new batteries.  Nice size for display or play.  Few scratches and scuff as shown in photos. Made in the USA.  Remote is in very good condition, handles are nice.
