Opened a 1999 base pack that I received off eBay on 12/1/2020 and instantly submitted this over to PSA. Freshly graded. This card is in NEW PERFECT MINT CONDITION with perfect framing. I'm shocked at the quality and condition of this card after being in it's sealed pack for over 2 decades. This card deserves to go to a true Pokemon enthusiast/collector.
