Extreme Paints Skip & Container Paint can be used on a wide range of prepared surfaces including:
Steel skips and waste containers
Shipping containers and metal storage units
Primed steel surfaces and metal cladding
Prepared concrete, brick, and timber (when correctly primed)
All bare or rusted steel must be properly cleaned and primed with a compatible anti-corrosive oxide primer to ensure optimal rust protection and adhesion.
Approximately 6–8 m² per litre per coat on smooth, properly prepared metal surfaces.
Available in 5 L, 10 L, and 20 L containers for projects of all sizes.
Touch dry: 6–8 hours
Recoat: after 6–8 hours
Fully cured: 7 days
Store tightly sealed between 5 °C and 30 °C in a cool, dry place away from ignition sources and direct sunlight.
Thin only if spraying and the sprayer cannot handle the product unthinned.
Use standard white spirit and add up to 15% maximum, using the smallest amount required to achieve sprayability.
Clean brushes, rollers, and equipment immediately after use with white spirit.
For large projects, order the total required volume in a single batch to maintain colour consistency across the job.
This is a solvent-based industrial coating containing flammable components. Always apply in a well-ventilated area away from heat or open flames. Avoid prolonged skin contact and inhalation of vapours. Wear gloves, goggles, and respiratory protection if spraying. Store securely and dispose of waste in accordance with local regulations.
