This is a #6 PHILADELPHIA light blue button-down baseball jersey.  Everything is sewn on this jersey.  The “212 NYC Team Sports” branding appears to be associated with a later fashion or fan apparel line, not an official league or uniform designation from that era. It is a size Extra Large and it remains in excellent condition.  212 NYC Sports is a company that created vintage-style sportswear, often inspired by New York teams and culture.  The “212” is Manhattan’s area code.
