We will be shipping out the item within 1 business day. If you make an order and pay before 1 pm PST on business day, we will most likely ship out the item the same day!  

USPS is our preferred carrier.  The item usually arrives within 1-5 days after shipped.

Other faster shipping option is available on request with additional cost.  Email us for pricing to your zip code/country.  We ship to PayPal confirmed address only. Please make sure your PayPal address is up-to-date.

1. We accept payment via PAYPAL only. 

2. Payment should be made within 30 days of auction closing.

3. Total amount due includes the final auction price plus S&H (Shipping and Handling).

4. S&H will be determined based upon the SHIP TO address.PLEASE NOTE: S&H does not include duties, local taxes or any other import fees.

2.You must contact us to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before you send anything back. Any packages returned by buyer Without Communication WILL NOT be handled. With RA#, we may address return issues with high efficiency. Without RA#, we may fail to find your transaction. We appreciate your understanding!

3. All returned items should be in the original packaging and you need to provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your eBay ID.

4. Replacements or refund should be concluded before return.

5. Returns may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. 

There is a 90 day manufacturer warranty, defective items must be reported and returned to us within the warranty period (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt).

We will not refund any labor costs in incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased at this website
