The mission back then was not only to produce the best, but to be environmentally conscious as well. Up High is our first offering to the world of float gels. With so many available on the market today we wanted to try and set ourselves apart from the rest. Containing only the finest ingredients possible we developed a product that contains less of what you don’t need and more of what you do in order to keep that fly ‘UP HIGH’ and floating longer. This silky-smooth gel offers fantastic performance in even the toughest of conditions, meaning you stay fishing longer. Up High is the perfect treatment for all your dry flies, neither clogging hackles or leaving a slick on the water and used sparingly it can even be worked into CdC!
Down Low is a 100% water based sinkant, perfect for those hard to sink wet flies. By working this unique formula into the fibres of your fly it provides a coating which cuts through the surface tension of the water, putting your flies where you need them. Tested extensively on the river Swale Down Low is not only perfect for those North Country Spiders it helps to sink stubborn Marabou and Minkie patterns. Leaders and Tippet can also be treated making Down Low a fantastic all-round treatment for the wet fly angler!
Hunt's Original Floatant is a soft powder that will keep CDC flies afloat for longer by providing a protective barrier that works in even the toughest of conditions. To revive flies, simply work the powder into the body and wings of your fly with the easy to use applicator brush provided. Remove any excess floatant with a few false casts and you are ready to go. It can also be used to coat nymphs, that once underwater, will produce air bubbles that can look like the realistic effect of an emerging insect.
High & Dry is a pure silica powder with added desiccant. It is perfect for those who prefer shake tubs rather than brush on powder. Ideal for larger CDC and less delicate dry fly patterns. Simply leave the fly on the leader, place the fly in the powder and close the lid but don't snap shut, gently shake for a few seconds and remove. Your fly will now be coated in powder and will sit perfectly on the surface.
Fluff Dust is a pure silica powder perfect for CDC patterns. Simply place the fly still connected to your tippet into the powder, close the lid but don't snap shut and shake for a few seconds. Remove and your fly will now be coated in powder and ready to fish. Remove any excess by either blowing on the fly or with a few false casts.
Slime & Grime is a tub that contains thousands of super absorbent beads that soak up moisture from your fly patterns, but the will not stick to the fly. It is the perfect solution for removing fish slime from your favourite fly. The beads are non toxic and will turn from orange to clear when they run out of life.

Hunt's Original Mud is created by using a blend of natural ingredients, so it is environmentally friendly, mixed in house to create the ultimate degreasant for your tippet. This MUD should be applied to your tippet in order to eliminate any grease, allowing it to sink, and by using MUD in this way you will also reduce any line flash, allowing you get that fly closer to spooky fish.
Dive Deep is a serious heavyweight. Containing the same unique ingredients as our original Mud we, incorporated 99.99% pure tungsten powder to bring you the perfect tippet treatment. Tested in conjunction with some of the country’s top anglers, Dive Deep produces a sticky paste that clings to your tippet, removes line flash and promotes a uniform sink rate to the leader. Dive Deep gets you down fast and most importantly it won’t dry out.
The Big One is so called because we believe it is not only a U.K first but a world first when it comes to the size of the bottle we are now offering. The Big One contains the same great ingredients we use in our original Floatant, but now in a 2oz bottle. The concept for this came about due to the feedback we received from guides and frequent anglers alike. Many felt that the standard 1oz bottles previously available were quickly running out and when your fishing the hatch of a lifetime you need a product you can rely on. The Big One not only guarantees the same great performance, you now receive twice the powder for less than twice the price!
