Return Policy

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). 

Refused Delivery: It will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, amount of refund will be issued less 20% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where we have made an error by shipping and incorrect item to the customer.

We only ship to the PayPal ship to address, this address is the one you choose when you send in the payment. If this address changed , you must update it with Paypal before making your purchase . We will not be held responsible for shipping to the PayPal address when it is different from where you wanted it shipped .
