Bok Choy Asian Chinese Garden Vegetable Easy Grow 400 seeds.

Bok choy is a type of Chinese cabbage. It’s Chinese name, “ pak Choi.” The stalks are crisp and the leaves are smooth and tender. This type of bok choy is white stalks with big green leaves, different with “ shanghai green” bok choy.

The baby varieties are ready in about 30 days and larger ones are ready four to six weeks after sowing.
