This new, striped, sleeveless Top, size: L/XL is by "New York & Co." The material is a light, lined, polyester.  It has a front, V neckline.   It would slip on overhead. There is diagonal seaming in the front of the top and the belt is sewn onto the top at both the right and left sides.  The belt ties at the waist on the left side. From the back of the top, mid-neckline to hem measures about 25"/26 long.  And from underarm seam across chest to opposite underarm seam measures about 22" (Bust: 44 inches).
