You can switch as burner is lit , you can even light the device with lpg gas if needed and turn on liquid fuel 

for tuff to burn fuels . this allows easy ignition of hard to burn waste oils .  

Also great for flash dryers   sand dryers incinerators or any application needing to burn hard to manage fuels   .
