The seal is there is protect the packaging. There may be the odd light mark / imperfection on it. This is how it came from the factory. We have had people asking to return items as there was a very tiny (microscopic) blemish on the seal. DO PEOPLE NOT PURCHASE MOVIES TO WATCH THEM ANYMORE? We are a small, friendly business, but returns / restocking costs us money. Having said that, the item you receive will be NEW condition (i.e: unopened).
