IMPORTANT:
- Purchasing this service will require you to ship your system (and/or drive depending on the option) to us, as well as transfer any information you wish to keep beforehand. We can not transfer data due to the nature of this service. Fortunately, all purchases are tied to your Microsoft Account and game save data is stored in the Cloud, so the only things you will need to worry about are screenshots and video clips (should you want to keep them)
- This service is not a mod. While it will void your system warranty with Microsoft (as we completely open it), it will not ban you from online services nor will it be detectable by any software. The only way to tell that this hard drive has been installed is to physically open the system
- If your Xbox is part of the Xbox Insider Program and is running an unreleased OS, you cannot purchase this service.
- If your system has a faulty hard drive, and you are instead using this service as a replacement rather than an upgrade, you must ensure that all other components of your system are working. We can not guarantee that this service will fix your system, as this is not the point of this service
- Due to the need to ship your system and the risk of damaging it in shipping, we will ask that you take several steps to cover yourself in the case of damage. These steps will be outlined in an instructional email that we will provide upon purchase.
- We are NOT affiliated with Seagate or Microsoft, and returns/refunds are only accepted for faulty installations or damage to your system caused by us during installation. If we receive a non-working system, we can not be held responsible. If you claim your system was working prior to shipping, you must contact your shipping provider and open a case with them.
- We are currently only providing this service to the continental US. Orders from other locations will be voided unless you pay an additional fee.
