This is a #5 Mike Riley Honolulu blue mesh jersey with solid shoulders.  1994 75th Anniversary patch on the left chest.  White numbers edged silver screened on the back and front as well as the sleeves.  Honolulu blue knit neck stripe.  Three silver sleeve stripes that are edged in white and screened on.  NFL neckline patch.  "M. RILEY" in white sewn on letters sewn on a solid nameplate on the back.  Tagged in the lower front with the Wilson tag which has two flag tags on the right end.  One is a size "48" tag and the other has "DZ" on it in black.  Normal sleeves.  According to the enclosed Mears Letter of Opinion form it is a pre-season jersey stating that he was a preseason player in 1994 and did not make the regular season roster.  Light wear and no team repairs.

According to the website THE GRIDIRON UNIFORM DATABASE the Lions wore Apex Jerseys during the 1994 regular and pre-season and NOT Wilson during this period.  In 1993 they did wear Wilson jerseys during the regular season BUT did wear Russell jerseys in the pre-season.
