I have recently become part of a new payment processing system. The funds are no longer available immediately as they were in the past. I am unable to ship until funds are not pending. I have allowed 5 days handling time because of this new system and the uncertainty of when the funds will reach the available status. It seems that in most cases, the funds change from pending to available in 24 - 48 business hours. So more than likely, 5 business days will not be necessary for handling time.

I do not profit on shipping. If shipping is less than expected, I will send a refund.

If color is important, please do not rely solely on the pictures. Sometimes the pictures do not accurately represent the color. I try to provide lots of pictures so that you can see every flaw but the color is not always accurate in the pictures.  I do my best to describe the colors in the description. If you have any questions regarding color, please ask before purchasing. If you are still not sure, please do not purchase. I do not want you to be disappointed. Sometimes, the true color of an item can only be experienced in person. 

I love my international customers, and I am happy to ship internationally. But please note that I ONLY SHIP VIA PRIORITY MAIL with INSURANCE IN A BOX. I do not ship in envelopes. Please be advised that the post office rates are a bit expensive, especially after the most recent rate increase. It is much more cost effective to purchase multiple items. I do not charge handling fees, and I pay all overage costs. Most of the time the shipping I pay to the post office is more than the buyer actually pays. PLEASE BE SURE TO EMAIL IN ADVANCE FOR A SHIPPING QUOTE before making your purchase. My goal is to make the transaction a pleasurable experience for both the buyer and seller. After all, I love my customers. 

International customers, please note, that customs import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE ITEM OR SHIPPING CHARGES. I have no control over customs. I do not have any way of estimating the customs charges if they occur. These charges are not additional charges from me. Your country determines the costs, and whether you are charged these additional fees. All "customs" charges are the responsibility of the buyer. If you need to know the approximate customs charges in advance, please contact your country's customs office before making your purchase. The value listed on the customs declaration will indicate the "actual price that you paid", when you purchased the item from me on ebay.
